		<description>We made this sometime before Christmas.  It was quick and easy.  I think it might join the ranks of my go to meals in a pinch.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I didn&#039;t have ricotta so I subbed cottage cheese.  My 6 year old couldn&#039;t get enough of it.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Usually when a recipe calls for a substantial amount of parsley I just leave it out or don&#039;t even try the recipe becaue I&#039;m not a huge fan of parsley.  The parsley flavor wasn&#039;t overpowering at all, nice and sublte.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;janis</description>
